Here is a 1966 vw powered dune buggy. The vehicle has many new parts such as the heddars, belt guard, seats, front axle beam, headlights and, rear tires. Much of the car has the origional kit parts that make it up. The tub was painted last year, and the rims are the unilug type from the time peroid. I registered the car last year and used it very little. It has a valid transferrable New york registration (no titles on a vehicle that age) The floor is pretty solid, and the bottom of the tunnel has an alumnium cover because the origional one had rusted. The fuel tank is also new. The charging system has been changed from 6 volt generator to a 12 volt alternator style.The car is close to complete however I really dont have any more time for it. I also have an origional fiberglass hardtop that I will include with the car. The top is still in its origional paint but it was never installed on any vehicle. Any questions feel free to contact me.
