Its just about as long as the Factory Warranty would be if you purchased a new car for over twice of what you can buy this one for. As far as condition it is a 10 on a scale of 10 for the year and a 8 if you compared to a new one. I just took the car to Lexus today for a check out and oil change service. The car has always been garage kept and serviced. The interior shows very little wear and is in almost new condition. This car is accident free with no dings or dents. Very small road chips on front to little to see in photos. A full refund of your deposit will be given if not 100% satisfied upon inspection.
