The Classic Car Data Base shows only 2502 of these cars were produced. The car has less than 500 miles on it since the build and shows very well.This Belvedere II Convertible is a great car that has been well taken care of. Everything is in great condition. This car has been completely done professionally and tastefully. Odometer reads 24875 and is stated \"Total Miles Unknown\". Original V8 car with an automatic transmission. Condition: Mechanically this vehicle is in excellent condition. It runs and drives great with good acceleration and precise handling. The engine was recently rebuilt by Grant Springer Engines. The 360 c.i. has been stroked and tuned up to 408 c.i. and includes all new inner components, 9.5 to 1 compression, new pistons, rods, Edelbrock aluminum Heads, valve springs and more. The engine compartment is finished out with HT Coated headers, dual 3 inch exhaust with cross over and Flow Master mufflers, Holley Street Avenger carburetor, Aluminum Radiator with dual electric puller fans in addition to the pusher electric fan. This car does not over heat! Finishing touches include K&N Extreme air cleaner, Mopar Performance valve covers, Edelbrock Aluminum intake, chrome alternator and pulleys, chrome power steering pump and more. The automatic transmission has been rebuilt, shifts positive and smooth. A TCI aluminum finned transmission pan has been installed. Rear differential has been re built with 3.55 gears. All new SSBC disc brakes have been done front and rear including slotted rotors, Force 10 calipers on the front, SSBC big piston calipers on the rear and new hoses. Front suspension has been updated, tie rod ends, ball joints and shocks are all recently updated. There are no unusual noises or vibrations when running or driving. This would make a excellent daily driver or weekend cruiser. All of the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems appear to be working properly. The exterior condition is excellent with bright and shiny base coat clear coat paint. There are no apparent chips or scratches in the smooth finished paint. The car was stripped to bare metal and then sealed with primer and painted in Base Coat Clear Coat Urethane finish. There is no over spray or tape lines visible anywhere. The side chrome was removed and holes were welded in during the restoration process providing uninterrupted body lines down the sides. Bumpers have been re plated to show quality. All of the glass is in great condition including wing windows. All windows roll up and down smoothly. The convertible top is new and the power system works well. All body panels appear to be original with no signs of previous damage. All of the exterior components appear to be complete and working properly. There is no rust or corrosion anywhere. The interior is in excellent condition with minimal wear. All upholstery has been professionally restored including carpets, seat, door panels, kick panels and convertible top boot. The interior chrome is in very good condition with no visible pits or dis coloration. There is a Pioneer DIN CD player installed in the center of the dash. Steering wheel has been updated to a Grant chrome 3 spoke wheel. There are aftermarket gauges mounted under the dash to monitor the engine components. Dash and instrument cluster are all very good. Seat belts are all new front and rear. All door rubbers, gaskets and seals have been replaced. There are no unusual smells or odors in this vehicle. The engine compartment, undercarriage and trunk are exceptionally clean and complete. Engine compartment has been painted and detailed very well as shown in the photos. Frame, floor pans and trunk floor are original with no patch panels or signs of damage or repair. The undercarriage and frame have been kept clean and detailed. Drive line has been recently balanced with new u joints. Battery has been relocated to the trunk secured in a box with tie down. All shocks front and rear are new. Rear have adjustable air shocks. There are no signs of rust or corrosion anywhere. Wheels and Tires are in like new condition. The wheels new highly polished American Racing Torque Thrust II 17 inch front and rear with no scuffs. The wheels are wrapped in a set of Falken Z rated tires. Fronts are 225 50 ZR17 and the rears are 255 45 ZR17 in new condition. This is a truly exceptional vehicle and an outstanding value!
