It does start and stop. Needs tires and possible clutch work (bearing or rust from sitting). Has new aluminum aftermarket radiator and it has been changed to a alternator instead of a generator. All new brake lines, hoses, wheel cyl, master cyl, 9" rear end has been rebuilt, all new seals and bearings. Interiors complete,has cd player and original radio in it. Drivers window cracked. trunk pan is in good shape, hood has rot in the front, needs rocker panals, has rust under the chrome wheel wells and lower Qtr trim. Has aluminum rims on it now and still have the whitewalls and hubcaps if you want them. All chrome is there. Clear title.
