Vehicle Detail
This beautiful 1971 Ventura has a GTO Package from a 1973 model GTO. I have owned the car for about 4 years. It is about the most rust-free car I have ever owned. The floors and trunk pans I believe are all original. There is no rust on under carriage or outer body. The drive train is a built Chevrolet 350 cubic inch motor with a nice street cam.It has 4 barrel carburator and an aluminum intake with headers that has a nice deep sound from duel exhaust. The mufflers, I believe, are Flow Masters, but I am not for sure. The motor was rebuilt prior to my ownership when the car was restored. The 350 transmission is rebuilt and has a shift kit in it. It shifts out strong and quick. No problem chirping tires with the 10 inch Posi-Traction rear end without running it hard . I believe the gear in the rear end is a 373.IT HAS COLD AC. The power steering works great and the 4 wheel drum brakes are fine as well with factory14x7inch rallies with all trim rings and center caps. The tires are P235/6014 BF Goodrich tires and have great rubber. The interior is factory correct bucket seats with 3 way seat belts,The drivers seat has a small scrape on left side,(which I have a photo of). Otherwise, the upholstery, carpet, and headliner are in excellent shape. The dash has a dash cap on it. The floor shifter is factory correct with console and aftermarket gauges added. The sound system is an Am/FM CD player. The trunk is in great shape complete with mat, jack, and matching 5th rally wheel. All chrome and glass is in great shape with one miner stone chip in windshield. The paint is almost flawless with only a few minor stone nicks. I am selling the car due to losing garage space for another car and can use the cash to finish an existing project. Please e-mail with any questions. I feel my reserve is low for the quality of the car. Please don't ask the reserve. Can help with shipping arrangements from my end. I invite anyone to inspect this fine car prior to bidding. Clear Florida Title. Thanks, Mike.
