This wagon is very low production. Needs complete restoration or could drive as is with some service work. I have owned it for 7 years. It starts and runs good, the brakes work but I would recommend servicing them because car has been off the road several years. The clutch works but has a vibration when you let out on the pedal. I have driven it on the road less than 5 miles since I have owned it. The interior is mostly complete but needs restored. The doors and tailgate have surface rust along the bottom edges with some rust through. The floorboards and frame rails are exceptionally solid with mostly surface rust. The cargo well and the spare tire well has some rust in the bottom. The hood has some rust through on the inner panel. The lower quarters appear to have had some rust repair but appears to be minimal. The left rear door quarter glass has been replaced with plexiglass. The tailgate power window works. According to Mr. Goviers production book a 1970 Coronet 440 2 seat wagon with the 225 slant 6 and 3 speed manual transmission had a production of 29 units. I do not know what the actual mileage is.
