Vehicle Detail
I'm moving and must sell one of my BMW's. This car is in outstanding condition. It runs and drives like it was new. The air is cold and the heat is hot, cruise, tilt, sunroof power everything including both seats and it all works great. Though I only drive this car about a thousand miles a year I would drive from here in Omaha to anywhere in the country without a second thought. It's obviously garage kept and is seeing snow for the first time in these pictures. The cars upkeep over the past several years include a new clutch assembly, new front struts and rear shocks (monroe sensatrac) including all four upper mounts, new lower control arm bushings and a complete four wheel thrust alignment just a few months ago. All four tires and wheels were installed new this summer (Falken 225/50/16 and 245/50/16). The exhaust was replaced in 2009 with dual polished stainless steel from the cat back. It has a polished upper strut tower brace and the fan clutch and heater control valve are also new. It has a profesionally installed Pioneer am/fm/cd player, remote lock/unlock/remote start with dash mounted security key card (it all operates from 1 remote, 2 remotes included). It has an M3 rear wing and side skirts. One of the fog lights took a rock so I removed them and like the way it looked so I left them out (they are included). All fluids are synthetic, Mobile 1 in the crankcase and Red Line in the gearbox and posi rear end. I purchased an Indiglo white face guage set but have not installed it (included). One of the rear cv boots was leaking so I replaced the entire axle assembly with a new one. I just replaced the instrument cluster due to a failing tachometer and the replacement came from a higher mile car, the actuall miles are just under 204,000 the original cluster will come with the car for verification. The drivers power window is slower than the passenger but it's been like that since I bought it, there is a piant blister on the right fender about the size of a quarter and it's also been there for as long as I've owned it. A couple of seams in the drivers seat are seperating and the headliner material is missing from the sunroof otherwise very clean interior. This car has less than it's share of chips and scratches, the paint is original and the body is very straight minus a couple of expected imperfections but far above average for a car of this age. It's fast, fun and extremely dependable while still getting 25 mpg (on 91 octane). If you decide to have it shipped I have a large lot for loading or I can drive it to a local shipper for you. Don't hesitate to ask questions. Thank you.
