2007 Honda CR

This is an excellent last-generation Honda 250 Elsinore! I recently moved from a rural area to a more suburban area and this bike no longer suits my needs. I purchased this bike new from a Honda dealer in Canton, GA, when I learned that 2007 was going to be the last year that Honda would manufacture a two-stroke dirt bike. It has never been raced or run off-road. The bike is kept in my climate-controlled garage and about every 4-6 weeks I take it out, start it up, and ride it around the yard until everything gets warmed up. When done, I spray it down with WD40 and spray-wax and put it away. About two years ago I learned that Acerbis had made a set of limited edition plastics for this bike that was patterned after the first-generation Elsinore. I managed to find a set in Canada and that is what you see on the bike today. Included with that purchase was a new seat and seat cover that matched. I have the original seat and all the red plastic that came on the bike and I'm including that in the sale, along with the side stand. Other than changing fluids, this bike is factory original and as you can see in the pictures, looks showroom new. The 1974 CR250M shown in these pictures is also for sale in another listing and is not part of this auction's sale. My interests are now in the area of mid/late '60s to early '70 Yamaha and Bridgestone street bikes. I'd consider trading for the right bike or bikes. Shipping is at buyers expense but I will assist in any way possible. I have used U-ship in the past and found their service to be excellent.
