Please only bid if you are serious about owning this vehicle. Vehicle Information Reason for Salvage Title: Now for the history of this car, we bought this from an insurance company. This car was involved in a small accident and suffered minor front damage. There was no damage made to the engine or transmission or suspension, vehicle was drivable after the accident. Previous owner replaced front bumper and hood. Current Condition: This car is practically a great reliable car, it is in superb condition, it drives extremely stron and handles like it should. There are no warning lights on, zero SRS lights, zero air-bag malfunction lights, zero ABS lights. Alignment is dead-on, transmission shifts very smoothly, AC blows ice cold. Its interior has been very well maintained, NON SMOKING. All electronics work perfectly. This car has gone through State inspection for Safety and Emissions. Rebuilt Title: Please note that we can also obtain a rebuilt title for this vehicle upon buyer's request. Registration process for a car with rebuilt title is identical to the one with clean title. Also loans and warranty are much easier to get on rebuilt title cars. Nothing extra is required to register a car with rebuilt title. No inspections are required with rebuilt title. Cost for getting a rebuilt title is $150. Vehicle Inspection We welcome and encourage potential buyers to inspect the vehicle but such inspections MUST be conducted prior to completion of this auction. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle. Furthermore, it will be assumed that you have inspected this vehicle fully if you have placed the bid. Financing If you are planning to finance this vehicle through a lending institution, you must secure the loan prior to bidding. Secure all finances and be able to follow through with the payment before you bid. No Reserve Auctions By bidding on this vehicle you are entering into a legally binding contract. Warranty Unless stated otherwise, this vehicle is being sold “as is” and where is with all faults and possible defects. No representations or warranties are made by seller, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. We are not the first owners of this vehicle and therefore cannot guarantee history, condition, reliability, mileage, title, salvage/history of salvage, function or performance of the vehicle. You are only buying what we have. Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply. A warranty can be purchased from a number of companies for this vehicle, some of them are: Warranty World, Greenlight Warranty, Warranty Direct, and Elite Warranty. Vehicle Transportation Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. We can and will also assist in arranging for transportation upon buyer’s request. We deal with many transporters and can lock in company shipping rates for customers. Please note that all shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility and that we will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require advance notice. Payment Information If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (469)951-1991 (Alex) or by email through eBay or nostoptime@yahoo.com to set up payment arrangements. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit which must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. This deposit can be made through PayPal to nostoptime@yahoo.com. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via a wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. You must fax us your state issued driver’s license after you make the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait nine (9) business days until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for nine (9) days or until the funds clear. We require 1 day Notice for any Pickup. Bidder’s Age You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Liquidated Damages In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle. Sales Tax & Other Fees All Buyers in the State of Texas will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State of Texas will be done by Insurance Auto Access. Temporary Tag (45 days) will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit. There will be a $200 mandatory charge attached to all sales to cover the costs of a safety inspection, notary fees, administrative fees and a light detail. Choice of Law & Forum Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and litigated in Dallas County. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail. Miscellaneous We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion and end the auction early in the event the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction, we shall not be held liable for such cancellations. WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, an Insurance Company take themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is sold as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it. We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy anything with major damage. Now for Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work.
