Here it is, I've reached the point of "too many vehicles". I decided that it would be best to put my little ragtop on eBay and sell her off. I'm going to be up front with you here. The car is kind of a turd...but a turd with definite potential. Here is a list of all problems: There is a minor leak in the power steering return line - emphasis on minor. The top has definitely seen better days and will likely need to be replaced. The electric motor for the power top has burned out. It will need to be replaced. I have disconnected the actuators so that the top can be raised and lowered manually. The car blows a little bit of blue smoke on start up - only a little. Probably needs the valve guides taken care of. This is probably a result of the car sitting while I was in Iraq. NOW THE GOOD NEWS!: The car runs well and I have no trouble driving it for a couple of hundred miles. The car may have 128 or so thousand miles on it, but a new engine was installed at 55,000 miles - so the engine has less than 75K on it. The body is surprisingly clean for an 89 Cavalier. There is only minor rust in a few spots. Finally, I'm only starting the bidding at $177.77 - high bidder buys it! Any questions, feel free to ask.
