You are bidding on a rare 1961 Plymouth Fury Convertible a project that my Dad was working on until his health concerns prevented its completion. It features a new convertible top and new color-keyed interior. This is a good, solid restoration project for a sought-after vintage Plymouth Fury model that is complete with plenty of originality, lots of extra parts and which will surely find interest with Mopar enthusiasts. I am bringing this 1961 Plymouth Fury Convertible project, which my Dad began a number of years ago, to market in this no reserve auction to pass it along to a worthy restorer. The car is a non-runner, but the drive train – (either the 318 or 361 I don’t know which) and gearbox are in working order, as I remember the car was running several years ago when the interior work was in progress. As you can see the vehicle is nice and straight, with all major body work having been accomplished. CAR IS LOCATED IN MERIDIAN, MISSISSIPPI.
