You are bidding on a 1962 Buick Special, this Buick comes with the original V6 first generation Fireball engine. The engine is running good and transmission shifts smoothly, no rust anywhere on this car. The original paint of this Buick was light blue and was repainted white years ago, the white paint is kind of dull and the car is in need of a fresh paint job to look really sharp but the body is straight with no dings or dents anywhere. All chromes are there but some pitting have developed through the years on the taillight frames, door handles and driver quarter window frame and most weather stripping will need to be replaced. The dashboard and steering wheel are original and in good conditions and the seat covers, carpets, door panels and convertible top have been replaced recently and are in good conditions. There are no license plates on this car since the previous owner had personalized California plates that he kept. This is a great all original, matching numbers car that can be driven in the present conditions or mildly restored into a really sharp convertible.
