Vehicle Detail

True 442, Matching Numbers Big-Block 400 and TH-400 transmission. 100% Stock, Original Equipment. California car ZERO rust. True Survivor to start with, professional restoration just completed to bring it back to show room standards. No expense spared on restoring to full factory specs. Original 6.6L 400ci engine, original Quadrajet 4 barrel carb, original TH400 (3 speed) auto transmission, original radiator. All professionally rebuilt. Full rebuild just 5K miles ago. This was a full and complete rebuild, with receipts in hand totaling over $9,000. Compression of 170-180 on all 8 cylinders. Car is as STOCK as I have ever seen a classic. Power disc brakes in front, new pads and rotors. Power steering. New Flowmaster dual exhaust. A/C blows ice cold, yes that's right. All lights and gauges work, even the original factory AM radio! Factory Oldsmobile wheels nearly perfect, new Dayton Daytona tires that actually were the same tire back in '69. Everything was kept original or is GM parts only. The ONLY non-wear piece on the ENTIRE car that isn't stock is the dual Flowmasters, headliner, dash pad and the rear Pioneer speakers, that's it!! $6,000 paint job finished 3,000 miles ago. Chrome is original and superbly excellent. A few very minor chips in front bumper chrome, easy fix. 400ci big block engine (455 crankshaft) with 350hp with 440 ft/lb of torque. 10.5 to 1 compression ratio. Transmission shifts like brand new. 3.42 stock rear gears. 12 bolt posi rear end. Cruises easily at 75mph but smokes the tires on call. This is a Sport edition, one of only 2,500 ever made. Sports were lighter and much more rare. Interior is nearly perfect, seats redone with GM leather, new dash pad and new headliner. Everything else is stock and original and in exceptional condition. It looks like it is sitting in an Olds dealership in 1969, that's how much attention to originality and quality this car has. This truly is a rare gem and is the real deal, about $37K invested in this car. Recent personal injury forces sale, this is worth WAY more than what I'm asking, do the research! I'm open to questions, but please be serious about the car...thanks.
