1997 FORD F-350 4X4 w/ 460 V8 I am listing this very strong running 97 Ford F350 4X4 for a friend. He has two trucks and since he got unemployed it's been sitting in the garage so he's decided to sell it. I will describe it in great detail so you know exactly what your buying. DESCRIPTION... 1997 Ford F350 1-Ton 4X4 Lifted 3 Inches. 460 V8 Fuel Injected Automatic/ Overdrive Air Conditioning Power Steering & Brakes Delay Wipers Tilt Wheel Cruise Control Dual Fuel Tanks 16" Tires w/ 85% tread Cloth Seat/ Rubber Mat Flooring Am/ Fm/ Cassette Stereo 139K miles. CONDITION / DETAILS... Engine-Trans-Drivetrain I checked this truck over well and have driven it. It is one of the most powerful trucks I've ever driven. The 460 engine runs super strong. No knocks, noise, or smoke at all. I couldn't find anyway to fault the way it runs, drives, or handles. The transmission shifts perfectly. No slop in the drivetrain. The 4 wheel drive works 100%. Brakes work great. Steering is nice and the steering wheel is straight. Cruise control works great. Everything works on this truck but it needs a new rear license plate light. It has a single large exhaust pipe that converts to duals at the rear. It has a very tough sounding exhaust! INTERIOR... The interior is in real nice condition in every way. Dash, floor & mats, seat, door panels, visors, and headliner all nice. BODY & GLASS... The body has some slight rust above the rear wheels but it has never been done over like most have it's age. The paint is very presentable and shines nicely. There is a dent at the right front hood corner but not that noticeable as well as on it's left rear box side. The interior of the bed shows use. The glass is all good including the windshield. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Consider this truck to have the scratches, dings, etc. you would expect on a vehicle of it's age. I am being very picky describing this truck and most people wouldn't even mention these defects on a vehicle this age but i don't want someone to buy it thinking their buying a show truck!
