A good deal for a street rod builder. One dismantled 49 Ford F1 pick up with most parts for reassembly and for only $5,000 or more depending on the bidding. No reserve or buy it now. The cab has been carefully chopped 4 inches all around.The back of the cab had the sheet metal removed from UNDER the back window.The drip rails and vent windows were removed and the front pillars were slanted back for that kool custom look. The front end is a fiberglass tilt that has had the fenders narrowed 3 1/2 inches and the hood pancaked down 1 1/2 inches from the original fiberglass kit. The bed is from a 99 Ford ranger step side that had the fenders extended over the wheels.Tail lights are set up for 59 Cady tail lights. Engine is Ford 302 with AOD Tranny and Ford 9 inch rear end.AFB 650 cfm carb on Edelbrock Manifold.The distributor is a Davis Unified Ignition one wire high voltage electronic unit.It has dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, headers and a mini high torque starter. The truck has power front disk brakes and power rack and pinion steering. The front springs are reverse eye, two leaf that has lowered the front end. The frame is straight and rust free. The tires have less than 1200 miles on them and are of course in excellent shape.I have many parts that go with this project. Partial list of items: Ford tilt steering column with flaming River shaft and u joint 30 gal. fuel cell Radiator with electric fan and shroud Custom fiberglass dash with sw gauges Swing brake pedal with power booster and master cylinder New windshield and rear window with new rubbers Cowl vent with new rubber New door hinge pins 92 Infinity leather seats. Driver's seat is power and needs re-upholstery Etc. Etc. This truck could be a big-time show winner when finished,or a real fun daily driver. I have some medical issues and don't think I can finish it but would like to see it go to a good home. I have over 10K cash invested in this not counting any labor. ENGINE RUNS LIKE A CHAMP TO MAKE SHIPPING EASIER i CAN BOLT THE BED, THE CAB AND THE FRONT CLIP ON TO THE CHASIS AND LOAD ALL PARTS AND PIECES INTO THE BED AND INTO THE CAB. tHE TRUCK CAN BE EASILY LOADED ON A TRAILER OR EVEN ON A TOW DOLLY FOR A SAFE TRIP TO ITS NEW HOME.
