Vehicle Detail

This is a nice rare 1963 FORD F-100 “unibody” truck equipped with a 6 cylinder and 3 speed transmission. These were only produced for 3 years: 1961, 1962, and 1963 and they are appreciating in value. The truck runs great, shifts, and drives down the road like an old school pickup should. This truck has spent its life in New Mexico. The truck has been treated to a recent repaint, it LOOKS GREAT and RUNS GREAT! It turns heads and gets lots of waves and the thumbs up. This is a nice truck, in good solid condition. Body: is complete, straight, and solid. The floor boards are very solid, the door hinge mounts and fire wall are perfect, and rust free, as are the doors. The truck has been recently repainted and looks very nice! Even the original RARE tailgate is in good condition. The truck still has the original 1963 only front signal lights (new lenses), (new hood f100 emblems) and a (new outside rear view mirror). We have very little rain here and don’t use salt on the roads in the winter but, it has had some minor rust repair, it was done well and it looks very good. (except for rust spots by the drivers side kick panel inside the cab and a spot in the bed - see last couple detailed photos). Interior: DASHBOARD IS ORIGINAL AND UNCUT. There is A BRAND NEW WINDSIELD, all other glass is in excellent condition. All controls, window regulators, door latches, door handles, vent, heater, and choke, cables and switches all work smoothly. Accessories all work including the lights, windshield wipers (new wipers), the heater works well. (except the horn and brake lights, switch?) The bench seat has NEW UPHOLSTRY it looks good and is very comfortable. The headliner is old, a snap in “do-it-your-self” replacement is only $150 and new front amber parking light lens is only $10 both from National Parts Depot. Drive line: THE ORIGINAL 223CID I6 ENGINE IS TIGHT, RUNS GREAT, AND DOES NOT SMOKE! "NOTICE NEW INFO FROM A FELLOW E-BAYER INDICATES THE ENGINE IS A 262 cid" There is a NEWLY REBUILT CARBURATER, NEW FUEL PUMP, and new PLUGS, POINTS, ROTOR, CONDESER, CAP, WIRES, EVEN A NEW COIL. The radiator, water pump and hoses do not leak or overheat (new antifreeze). The alternator battery and other electrical components all work fine The rear end has new fluid, clutch and 3 speed transmission work great has new fluid and, a BRAND NEW GENUINE HURST SHIFTER, that works like a dream. Chassis: is undamaged and solid. The steering, brakes, etc. are complete and work fine with no leaks. Chrome wheels look great, tires are fair. Over the years I have sold several hobby type vehicles on E-bay with complete buyer satisfaction, and I have described this truck to the best of my ability. The truck is for sale as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied. I will be happy to take the truck to a local shipping pickup point for you or f you live in the Albuquerque area you can drive it home. Buyer is resposible for all shipping arrangments and costs from Albuquerque New Mexico 87109. There will be a $300 nonrefundable deposit required wired to my account or to paypal.
