This is an absolutely immaculate 450SL with all the options including cruise, back seat package and 8 track tape (still works and sounds great)(includes tape). Fantastic color combination of beautiful pastel yellow over mocha interior. Original everything (except service items listed below). Purchased originally from MadisonSmith Mercedes dealership (original Nashville Dealer) by a Vanderbilt doctor and kept in a climate controlled garage, only driven on beautiful days and pampered for its entire 37 years. When he died, title passed to his daughter and as friends of the family we are selling the vehicle. The carpets are just like the day it rolled off the showroom floor. He had two sets of mats covering the carpets so they never received any wear. We have both sets. It even has period correct Michelin X radials with 95% tread. This is not a hangar queen. It was driven on beautiful days as evidenced by the 32K miles, but every maintenance item needed was always done. The trunk was never used and the spare has never been out of the trunk. The paint is deep and luxurious (there are 4 tiny chips in the paint, hard to even photograph), the interior is perfect. It looks like the day it rolled out of the dealership.
