1965 Dodge Dart 270, two door sedan (post). First, this is a project or parts car with a 225 slant six and 904 automatic trans. Car is currently not running, but was running when parked. There are many good parts on this car, and I will part if it does not sell on Ebay. I use the 63-66 Darts for Altered wheelbase conversions. Consider the car a roller. Car will need to be winched or pushed on trailer. Transport is the responsibility of the buyer. I have a clear title for this car, that is the correct one for this car. (matches VIN) Was running 225 slant six with 904 trans. Has not been started in two years, but has had hood on. Auto on the column Interior is trashed from sun, etc. Door panels are decent and could be reused Doors are very good with no rust on the bottoms, corners, or sides. Seats are terrible and pretty much useless except for patterns. Rear seatback is not bad. Both front fenders are very good with little to no rust. Doglegs good., no dents or repairs. Grill is not too bad as shown in pictures. Easy straighten of the top bar. Bumpers are pretty straight, but would need rechrome. Headlight surrounds are there. Hood is repairable, but has lip rolled at the back edge (maybe a hood fly-up) Has hole in the front. Rust free. Rearend is the standard 7 1/4...nothing special Decent tires and wheels for rollaround...a couple are very good and look new. (13's) Front windshield has hole in lower passenger side. All trim is good. Missing door glass and rear side glass. Floors are not good from lower firewall to rear seat area. Need replacement. Rockers are solid. Trunk floor and extensions are very, very good with no rust. Rear quarters are good with no rust. Back window is good with some light clouding Dash is not too bad, but pad is sun cracked Side moulding is good, but black paint inside is faded. Pretty straight. Steering and steering box are in place Cowl and around front and back window have little to no rust. That's the good, the bad, and the ugly on this car.
