This one is going to be affordable. I am giving you the information and not holding back anything. For someone that understands these cars and can do some of the work it's a bargain. Here are the details. Car-fax shows an accident a long time ago before I owned it but I never noticed any sign of the damage nor did it ever effect the performance or driveability of the car. I put a lot of highway miles on the car, I drive everyday for work, hence the mileage. This car has never let me down but it needs a few things to make it perfect and I don't have the time or energy to put into it, that is the reason I am selling it. I will ship the car at the buyers expense, I have a local company that is reasonable (Plycar) or you can arrange it yourself. Runs strong and pulls in all gears. New Continental Tires. Car has been 4 wheel aligned and runs perfectly straight. Pleasure to drive. Coil pack recall done. (Last year) Engine has had the oil changed regularly with synthetic. 6 Speed shifts perfect. Brand new brakes all around, Cryo treated rotors and Hawk pads. Car has awesome brakes. Clutch works perfect. AC/Heat works perfect. (All functions operate) Heated Seats work perfect. Satellite Radio Zenon Headlamps Here is what it needs (Nothing Earth shattering): Power Steering Pump (makes noise but steering works) Glove Box Door (like they all need) Center Arm Rest Pad (same as above, I've repaired it at least 5 times) There are some spots on left front fender and roof where the paint needs some attention, buff, maybe wet sand. Nothing terrible. The rear deck lid has a few scuffs and scratches, I did those. CD changer is intermittent. The right LED on the heat and cooling readout has a few pixels that stay on but does not effect the operation. On Nov-09-11 at 11:15:45 PST, seller added the following information: PLEASE READ!!!! I wanted to add this note because of the amount of questions I have been asked. I DO NOT recommend that the car be driven long distances with the steering in its current state. The hose is leaking from the pump so it will not hold fluid on a trip. The steering under speed is fine but low speed and maneuverability is compromised at low speed. I feel very strongly about this!!! Due to this I am willing to arrange the repair and transport of the car at Smithtown Audi before you pick up the car. You can add it to the purchase price or I will paypal you with an invoice for it. You must have the deposit paid for the purchase and pay for the repair before I do this. The pump is $250 (not from Audi), labor is 3.5 hours $545 and I would replace the hose if you are doing this, so I would add for that as well. I don't have an exact price on the hose. This is the only thing the car needs to be driven anywhere and any distance. Thanks and Good Luck bidding!!!! On Nov-10-11 at 05:09:27 PST, seller added the following information: I wanted to mention that I also replaced both front axles about 6 months ago with NEW not rebuilt units.I kept the originals. I will give them to the new owner when the car is picked up.You can have them rebuilt for a fraction of the cost of new ones. The motor and transmission mounts were checked (All in excellent condition) when I brought it in to check the power steering.
