This 2004 Mazda6S Is the closest you will get to buying a new car. The engine was rebuilt by PowertrainProducts Inc located In Marlboro MD(they have a 100% positive feedback on Ebay). The block received a machined cleaning and OEM improvements were done then It went through an assembly line where the block was fitted with new pistons,new rings, new valve train and camshaft, also new timing chain and tensioners were Installed.( very thorough this company Is!) The engine was fully assembled then ran through a simulation test which confirms that the engine was assembled correctly. We also purchased from powertrain products inc the Install kit that came with all new filters, all new tune up(dist cap, rotor, plug wires and spark plugs). New belts, radiator hoses, new water pump, thermostat and radiator cap. total cost with engine and kit was 3,373.00. We then bought 2 new Catalytic converters, a new starter, new manifold and new vent hose, new passenger drive shaft, 4 new tires, 2 new rear rotors and pads, we have all receipts for parts. We also repainted the hood, and front and rear bumpers making this car a true beauty as seen in the pictures. LPJ auto sales has put a lot into restoring this car, the report shows the car was in some sort of collision In 2005 but this car has been restored wonderfully! The interior Is black fabric with no tears or rips. The car has 161,000 miles on the body, and the new engine has 80 miles on it but because the car was restored with so many new parts that we put a 5 year/ 100,00 mile warranty on the motor and transmission.
