1992 Honda Civic DX Hatchback. Manual Transmission. Body is decent, but not great. Typical Honda rust on the rear wheel wells. The hood and right front fender have been replaced, and the paint does not match perfectly. The clear coat is fading on the roof. Tires are decent, but will need replaced next year. Interior is what you would expect from a 19 year old car. Normal wear on the seats and carpet. There is no stereo. The driver's seat has a chunk missing on the lower left side. This is a normal occurance for these cars. There is metal in the seat there, that wears it from the inside out. This car will get between 30-40MPG depending on how it is driven. Recently New parts are cv axle, timing belt, cap and rotor, head gasket and head bolts, water pump, and intake gasket. It needs an alignment. The shift lever needs replaced. There is a lot of play in the shifter. The bushing is worn where the shifter meets the shift linkage. This does not affect driveablility at this time, it is just annoying. I believe it needs new piston rings. The car makes some sblue moke at startup, and also when you drive it hard. It is not bad at this time, but I believe it will get worse. The car still has plenty of life in it as is, but with a little tlc it will last a long time. The car is being sold as is, where is, with no reserve. It is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early if it is sold.
