This is a very nice 1953 Ford CustomLine Sedan. This sharp Ford comes with a powerful 460cu engine. This car seems to run well; we did not drive it very far because it needs an idler arm (it is a little “squirrely”). The classy black and red two-tone exterior has a glasslike finish; in fact, it was just redone. The clear-coat has not even been scuffed and buffed yet; leaving that up to the winner if he/she chooses to have it done. The interior is in very good condition; it is custom and has new carpeting. It will need a headliner (there is not one currently installed); the driver’s side interior front door panel will need replaced (clearly visible that it is missing in the pictures). It comes with 18” rims; the tires are in good condition (we guess 50% or better tread left). The exhaust sounds awesome – the custom sidepipes give it a really nice rumble. The glass on the passenger front door is missing; the rear passenger door window is cracked; driver’s front door glass is also cracked. Rubber moldings around the glass should be replaced/installed. The rear bumper is still very solid; it is chrome. This car is driver quality and not show quality. This car is incredibly solid – one of the most solid in fact that we have seen for the year.
