1987 Mercedes 300D Turbo Diesel for sale. We originally bought this car thinking of either having my wife or kids drive it because of the excellent mileage, but nobody seems to like it because it's a diesel. I would love to keep this car, but with finances the way they are it has to go. The previous owner had the engine replaced, but I don't know how much mileage is on the replacement motor, not much I believe, but I really have no way to verify. I think the previous owner said it has the good head on it when the engine was replaced, I don't really know what that is, but if someone ask the question I can look for a number or whatever you need to look it up. The body is in good shape and it drives good. The A/C does not work, I have never spent the time to see if it's low on refrigerant or not, the fans work just fine. It has four new Michelin tires on it,also has the sunroof. I don't know much about Mercedes, but have tried to describe it the best I could. This seems like a nice car, I never really got to drive it much but I know it rides real nice and purs down the road. I don't know the complete history on the car and I am selling it as is. This should make someone a nice driver, take a look at the pics. We had this listed a while back but it didn't meet the reserve. We need this car gone so we can use the money for other things, it's has no reserve so if you are looking for a 300D, here you go.
