One 1946 CJ2A Willys Jeep. I just looked at and drove this vehicle yesterday. It belongs to a farm in central Wisconsin. This vehicle underwent a body off rebuilt around 15 years ago. The tub is very sound with new floors welded in - Not cobbled. Frame is good and steering tight. Wiring was done over at that time. Has original drivetrain that is totally functional. All gears work and hold their positions. Exhaust system is functional. Brakes and lights work; front markers (provided) need installation. 12V alternator system. Has aftermarket roll bar,wheels and seats. Tires have very good tread. Emergency brake is functional. I forgot to check actual mileage. Brand new gas tank and fuel pump in 2010. Some gages have been added to dash and it has hand starter on dash.The paint is fair and you will want to repaint, I am sure. The Jeep needs minor things here and there, but thats the fun of it.He includes 2 windshields; the original (no window insert) and the later one piece which was often the upgrade. You get an extra hood and transfer case as well as shift lever and anything else he has lying around.The more major item to be addressed are the rings. While the Jeep starts and runs good, its oil slinger rings are not good and it smokes. You would want to address this issue. It has a clear Illinois title.Write me for some other pics.
