Vehicle Detail
Sweet little daihatsu Rocky. Actually a fairly rare little truck This truck has little to no rust. I have just finished going through the engine and it runs very well! Radiator needs to be repaired or replaced, so far that is the only known issue running wise. Has brand new tires, good working 4x4 and A/c blows cold I have part of the rear soft-top, but the rear window section is missing, I have been searching locally for a hard-top to replace it. Inside is in excellent shape. Only one trim piece is missing that sits above the stereo, everything else is in place and in good condition. New exhaust new brakes new battery Fresh tuneup including plugs, wires cap rotor-button belts and hoses Cranks right up and is ready to drive. I did drive it enough to figure that it gets mid 30's in mileage before the radiator decided to leak. It has only been sitting for a month but has been run and moved around the entire time. I have patched the radiator, but it keeps sprouting new leaks, It is most likely beneficial to just have it replaced. This would make an awesome project truck for first time driver, or en excellent truck for the sportsman, (its size is fantastic for the woods and trails and has a large enough compartment for your game or dogs) or even a nice fuel saver or winter truck. I only have the few pictures since my camera died on me, but may be able to borrow another to take more in the future. There is a dent in the passenger door jam where the door and front fender meet, It was hit by another car door, and I did not realize it one day and opened the passenger door to damage it further. It is a simple fix. I have actually pulled the dent where you can open the door freely. A good shop can smooth the panel and paint it right quickly and with low cost. I am selling the truck because I am out of money and have more important projects that need my attention. This has been placed way back in the list. I would rather sell it to someone who needs it or would at least take care of it.
