1972 Chevy Cheyenne C-20 Engine: 402 Big Block w/Edelbrock torquer manifold Holley 600 carburetor Hooker headers Comes with original intake manifold, quadra-jet carburetor & air cleaner assembly. Transmission: Turbo 400 automatic - shifts good. 8 foot long bed. Air conditioning - needs recharging. Power brakes & power steering work good. Ultra aluminum wheels - steel center caps are rust pitted. Lug nuts are also rusty. Michelin 9.50R16.5 tires - sun cracked; but usable. Heavy duty overload leaf springs. Paint is faded and has some pitting.No major rust.All panels are solid - some scratches and pitting.Scratches and pitting are not deep - surface rust only. Interior is in good condition - one crack in vinyl dash trim. New battery, fuel pump, carburetor kit & spark plugs!Truck has 2 saddle tanks. Tanks were disconnected; but can be reconnected after cleaning. Transfer valve is hard to turn.Fuel gauge and ammeter are intermittent.Spotlight and right rear side marker need new bulbs.Rear view mirror is missing. In the pictures you can see this truck has been used and not abused. It is a perfect choice for restoration.This is not rust bucket, basket cases that you normally see!I am the 3rd owner, my father was the 2nd owner. He purchased the truck from his next door neighbor. The truck has always been in northern California, away from salty air and salted roads. I have owned this truck for 25 years and have clear title in hand.
