2007 Honda Rincon 680 ALL Modifications are detailed Below in Red. This is a very nice Machine that has been adult ridden. If you have any questions please dont hesitate to ask. Hours: 161 Miles: 439 Color: Black – Originally Green- They did not make a Black Rincon in 2007 so I ordered a Fender Kit for a Black 2006 Rincon and had the Honda Dealership Install. The mechanical core offers a dramatic increase in torque and throttle response. Equipped with a removable USFS Approved Spark Arrestor, the MudSlinger has an aggressive tone, yet is 96db and forestry legal. It utilizes “Pillow Pack” packing for the ultimate in durability along with superior silencing and an optional deep water fording kit is also available. All models come complete with clear instructions and all hardware which eliminate guesswork by lending bolt on power right out of the box Air Filter · K&N AIR FILTER K&N Replacement Air Filters are ideal for extended use in dirty and dusty off-road riding and provide clean carburetion even at high altitude. As a rule, no jet changes are required with just a K&N filter element; however the spark plug condition should be checked for proper mixture after the first few miles of riding. If the airbox has been modified for increased air flow, the main jet size will need to be increased to provide the proper fuel mixture. K&N Air Filters are designed to increase acceleration and horsepower. Many ATV models now have a "locker" installed from the factory. Before this was the case, 4WD REALLY meant 3WD...that is until the High Lifter Detroit Gearless Locker. Adjustments for changing the conditions are easy – simply use the menu to adjust + or – and use the lights for a particular throttle range. With an HMF exhaust system and the Optimizer you can increase horsepower significantly over stock, and if you add a free flowing air filter or modify the airbox lid you will get even more horsepower! For this application HMF suggests you install the Optimizer with one of their exhaust systems to maintain the proper air fuel ratio. A complete set of the Lift Springs may be installed for substantially less than the cost of one replacement OEM shock. For those who ride at slower speeds, with big tires and heavier loads, the Lift Springs will be a welcome and economical upgrade. Depending on the make and model…and current modifications to the unit, the High Lifter Lift Springs have been known to add on full inch of suspension lift…however, it’s not guaranteed. The Lift Springs add some stiffness to the ride and decrease roll, but have not been found harsh or uncomfortable by anyone who has ridden them. One thing is for sure. If you are a hardcore mud rider…or you carry a load…your ATV could stand a heavier load capacity. The High Lifter Lift Springs are just what the doctor ordered! Brakes - Front : Dual 180mm hydraulic discs Brakes - Rear : Sealed mechanical drum Tires – Front & Rear : 28 x 12.50 x 12 High Lifter Outlaws: The 6-ply rated "Outlaw" was designed to be durable and puncture resistant, but 3-4 pounds lighter than most tires to maximize horsepower. The tread bar design features a rounded tip, paddle-like, cupped lug and is a full 1-1/4" deep for improved traction. The cupped lugs help propel the ATV forward as opposed to cutting through the mud and digging a hole like some sharp tread tip competitor tires do. The "Outlaw" design also puts more rubber on the ground for longer tire life, and resistance to tread tears and tip wear. A major feature is the tread wrap around the sidewall on 28x12.5x12 and 26x12x12 models is a full 1-1/2” deep at the corner to provide traction from the sidewall as well as the main tread. This gives you about 40% more pulling area (2 extra inches of tread down each sidewall). The design includes a large and unrestricted space between the lugs for superior self cleaning capabilities. Comes with a bright machined finish that has been clear coated for lasting good looks and easy maintenance.\ 2” High Lifter Wheel Spacers Front and Rear: There are several major benefits provided by Wide Tracs: They extend wheel width for greater stability and increased safety. Riders of tall ATVs will feel much more comfortable on side hills with the wider base provided by Wide Tracs. They provide mud tires a fresh "bite" at the side of ruts instead of the ATV simply driving down the deepest part of the center of the ruts where previous riders have been. So the problem of getting stuck by being "high centered" is reduced. They allow the installation of larger, aftermarket tires without rubbing shocks, struts or exhaust systems. High Lifter's Wide Tracs are machined from aircraft grade 6061 billet aluminum and use grade 8 studs. No OEM studs are required to be removed from the ATV and stud extenders are not used. Wide Tracs bolt to existing studs and the wheel is then bolted to the grade 8 Wide Trac Stud furnished. These systems include the airbox, transmission, carburetor, fuel injection, fuel tank, differentials, crankcase (engine oil), electrical connections, cooling system, cooling fan motors, brakes and more. All necessary check valves and tubing necessary to allow fuel overflow and venting of the ATV’s fuel system while keeping it water tight.
