I bought this RV about 7 months ago from a customer who owed me some money. Camped in it a few times and then parked it behind my car lot. It's a 1990 Chevy model and I measured it from front to back (Excluding the Tow) it's 23 ft 4 inches. Everything works on it. Since I parked it a few months ago it needs a few things. Engine and transmission run perfect A/C is Ice cold. Tires are good. Generator starts and runs fine also. I also have a brand new full hookup for a tow behind vehicle. It's included in the sale. Here is everything I know it needs so we are clear. 1- Needs a new awning. I have had it open on the lot as my kids play in it and the awning has begun to tear on the front side top area. It will need to be replaced. Small awning on the other side window has a hole that was previously covered with tape. It's still good but you might want to replace both. You can get them on eBay for cheap. 2- I think the microwave died. It was working but no longer. I will check it but no guarantees. You might need a new one. 3- The mattress on the top in the pics was from a futon in my house. I don't have a top mattress for the RV. You will need to get one. The TV was from my house to, no TV's. 4- I can't find the remote for the front radio. It's a DVD player with touchscreen by Eclipse. In it's day it was over $2000 for the head unit alone. 5- Needs a very thorough detail. 6- Speedometer does not work. When you start it up uit gets stuck at around 65 mph No reserve Auction. For your consideration is this very nice Fleetwood Tioga. I bought this RV about 7 months ago from a customer who owed me some money. Camped in it a few times and then parked it behind my car lot.
