escore store ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Title: 1941 Cadillac 61 Series 4 Door Fastback California Survivor ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My ex husband purchased this 20 years ago. We never drove it or did anything with it. It has been stored under the carport in the photograph. Here is it's story. It has always been a CA car. We are the third owner though we have never registered it. It was originally purchased in 1941. The original owner owned it for 6 months then sold it to the person we bought it from. It was found in Pasadena on blocks. The front hub was missing. The story goes that the man had trouble with the front hub. He jacked up the car and never did anything with it since. There is a dent in the back fender as photographed. Though there is rust in the picture the floor boards are not rusted through and I was told it was just all surface rust. It looks to be complete. My ex took off the hood emblem. My ex feared it would get stolen and put it in the trunk. I was told that the engine turns freely and does not sieze. I don't recall that we ever had keys to this car. There was a very fragile registration paper left in the glove box. The year on it is 1954 I would guess that was the last year it was registered. It is reasonable for a Buyer to assume that giving a seller a 4 Star rating is ''Good”, but eBay's New feedback system treats anything less than a 5 Star as sub-standard and penalizes sellers. If DSR ratings fall below 4.6, EBay will begin to restrict a seller’s listings. I strive for 5 star service all around.
