1968 Datsun 2000, all original, has been stored in garage for last 15 years, last ran about 7 years ago. It ran perfectly when it went back into the garage. Original motor, original interior, top in excellent condition. Bought in about 1983 in Denver from the second owner. I believe the car would start after cleaning the fuel system. While I was driving it, oil was changed regularly. Mileage is accurate and original. There is one small dent in the front due to my bumping into the back of another car at a stop light, but it easily fixed. The car needs washing and some seat vinyl work--the interior is all original and looks somewhat like it is 43 year old car. I am sure these will appreciate some day in the future. I am selling because I am downsizing my Datsun collection. I will also be selling a 67 1/2 roadster, all original, as well as a 1966 Datsun 1600 race car that I raced in Vintage for many years. All of these cars were runnning perfectly when stored. Feel free to email and ask questions about any of them. On Sep-30-11 at 08:06:49 PDT, seller added the following information: Want everyone to know...I pulled it out of the garage this morning, washed it, hooked up a battery, and it started right away, and runs like new. The only thing this car needs to be road ready is new brake and clutch fluid. Now that it ran so good, and started so easy, I really dont want to sell it, but I do need the space, and I know that I wont drive it that much even if I kept it, since I haven't driven it in six years. I will post a few more pictures this afternoon now that it is out and in the sun.
