This listing is for a custom 1977 VW Transporter. The bus has new paint with heavy rainbow metallic flake(still not buffed out), new tires, (about 800 miles on them) new wheels, new custom interior, new weber 2bbl carbs (really increases power), new window and door seals, new door handles, new signals, headlight trims, new carpets throughout, new front kick plates, The bus starts right up every time and is a lot of fun to drive. Brakes are good, clutch seems to have no problems. The bus does seem to be running a little rich right now (i assume a slight carb adjustment will fix this easily), there is a small dent under the front passenger side headlight (almost unnoticeable until you really look closely), and there are a few minor areas (according to the painter) where there was rust beginning but it was supposedly treated. The rear cargo latch is on order (backordered) and if it doesnt arrive before the sale of the bus I will ship it upon arrival. The outer window scrapers for the front doors are also on back order but should be here before the auction ends. There are a couple small places under one headlight where the paint needs touched up but I have the paint. The stereo and speakers are not currently installed but are brand new and will come with the bus. The bus is being sold as-is, so please come take a look at it The reserve price is set lower than what I have into it and is very reasonable for the condition. This bus is a real eye catcher, especially in the sunlight the paint is medium grey on top, black stripe in the middle, and then HOK Kandy Tangerine over Cinder Red base, it looks red in the shade and bright orange matallic in the sun light If you have any questions please ask and I will do my best to answer them I currently drive the bus atleast once a day (I have my companies magnetic add on the door) for advertising so the miles will not be axactly as listed at the end of the auction but they will be very close Buyer is responsible for pickup or transportation of vehicle.
