For Sale is a 1988 Saleen Mustang #413. It is a 302 V-8 with a T-5 Manual 5 Speed Transmission. I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle and have owned it for approx. 2 1/2 years. There has been some restoration done to it since I had it, Listed below are things that I have personally done to the vehicle: Completely Rebuilt Transmission with New Racing Clutch (5/10) Hood, Front spoiler, Driver Qtr all repainted (1/10) New Rims and New Tires (1/10) New Carpet, sun visors and matching floor mats (11/09) New Battery, lower ball joints and front brakes (08/09) In the time, I have owned it, only put approx. 1800 miles on the car, Entered 3 car shows and won 2. Engine is strong, always changed oil every 3 months, garaged in the winter and when not driven. I also put into vehicle a AM/FM/CD satellite ready radio with 6 brand new Pioneer speakers throughout vehicle. It is well cared for. The minor defects are as follows: Missing small piece of Qtr Molding on Passenger side (Can get on ebay for $40), there is a 6 inch scratch on passenger door (the top half of door could be repainted as to not disturbe decals), Door speaker grills are not on, although I have brand new ones that go with the car as well as a new Headliner, there is a little bit of rust popping up on the very bottom lip of the hatchlid which is common from where water can't escape Saleen wing. The VIN can be ran through Saleen to verify it is true Saleen, which I did before I bought the car, all Saleen plaques are in place with the #413 build number on all. TERMS OF SALE: I will only accept Cash or Certified Cashiers Check. Payment MUST BE received within 5 business days of winning bid. Check must clear before Car is Released. Buyer is responsible for transporting vehicle, although I will be available for helping with this. The vehcile is located in Columbus, Ohio. the only warranty is on the Transmission which is a Lifetime Natiowide Warranty and any warranty left on tires.
