0 false 18 pt 18 pt 0 0 false false false SELLER SUMMARY – Carfax shows 3 owners on their report that is incorrect I was the 2nd owner they show listed in California and brought the car to New York when I moved here. So there has really only been 2 owners in the car’s life. Okay now to the car – I have personally invested about $4000 dollars into the following: wheels, which are custom, German GUV rated staggered set-up 19-inch wheels with slightly thicker width rear tires. The tires alone cost $1000 dollars and another $1000, 1000-watt amp and custom bass box which was designed to fit like factory in the trunk to prevent loss of space. It has always been garaged and meticulously cared for since purchased in 2004. A few years back the drivers side key lock was removed by would be thieves that were unable to get in before I returned to the car, which was the only incident, I ever had with this car. It runs strong like new. I had a custom Tornado kit put on it, which gives the car an even lower sports profile, and all around led lights, halo kit to front lights (shown in picture) turn signal cases were changed to smoke type, side markers are also smoke. The only real thing that I would replace is the front tire since it does have a small knot and the tires are a few years old. Still in great condition aside from the average wear and tear of tires and rims. It has multiple CD changer in trunk. THIS CAR HAS ALL AROUND VERY UNIQUE AESTHETICS I have compared to other 323 Ci's and it is a stand out. Also I replaced all number markers from rear trunk so many people have thought it was a pricer M-series. You'll love the attention. Hood has small dent from a van or truck that backed into it while parked but it did not translate clearly to photo so I left out. Over all Good to Excellent condition. This car does have a working power moon roof as well. THIS CAR IS GARAGE KEPT - I live in Manhattan and the car is in Queens after purchase I will meet the winning bidder at the garage for pick up. The head has dual overhead cams with 4 valves per cylinder that utilize a variable intake and exhaust valve-timing system. The output is rated at 170 bhp and 181 lb-ft of torque. It has a 5 speed automatic "Steptronic" manual mode. Engine, is strong and responsive; the engine sound, look and even smell good; ah German engineering.The four corners are fitted with independent suspension. The brakes are strong and smooth with good pedal feel that features four-wheel anti-lock disc brakes. In the safety corner, the coupe comes with Dynamic Stability Control system that will automatically brake each wheel during compromised cornering and accident-avoidance situations. I did not experience this, but I am told it operates like anti-lock brakes with a brain that helps keep the car under control when out of control.Nothing but praise for the interior, the cockpit is comfortable and built to compliment the drivers every need. The seats offer a multitude of adjustment and are comfortable enough to sleep in. The rear seats are a little tight to get into, but once in this vehicle offers a surprising amount of head and legroom. The ventilation system has a sensor that knows when you are behind a diesel engine spewing out toxic hydrocarbons, or anything smelly and unpleasant. The system switches to the automatic recirculation control that features a built in electrostatic air cleaner that helps clean the air. The air cleaner is great for allergy sufferers; I know I have one in my house.The new coupe is best appreciated behind the wheel; to drive this car is to love it. The 3 series has been around for almost twenty years and each version has been and continues to be a benchmark in its class, although I believe it is in a class by itself.
