1991 M5 What a cool car! 311 hp of genuine hand built goodness!**CALL WITH QUESTIONS** 440.682.0001 It's hard to describe how sweet this particular M5 runs!! Engine/transmission have had consistent maintenance and go great. It has a short shifter and an EAT performance chip (dyno proven 330hp). I sorted this car for regular summer driving. You will notice this in the little things, for example the steering feels notch-less and smooth, the engine is dry with no pan/front timing cover oil leaks, the door brakes and door seals are all good. The car is precise, it acts and feels like a much newer car. New suspension. Rides and handles great! All new factory OEM Lemforder control arms & steering links. Eibach springs, Koni adjustable struts up front, Bilstein sports in the rear. Self leveling suspension was removed (and unlike 99% of the M5s out there with upgraded rear struts, it has a new factory single vane power steering pump conversion to free up power, NOT a blocked off tandem vane pump!). New brakes. Akebono EURO low dust ceramic pads and brembo rotors. New wheels + tires. BBS/BMW OEM Style 42 17" 2 piece wheels with Fuzion ZRi 235/45/17 tires. The body is clean and has all original panels with VIN tags in place. The car came from California and spent most of the past 10 years in storage. I've been driving it most days since late spring after it came out of winter storage at my climate controlled warehouse. No typical E34 rust, I don't think the car has ever seen a winter. There are a few orbital marks in the paint from someone getting overzealous, a few parking lot dings, and a hardly noticeable hairline crack in the front bumper, down low (not visible unless you're looking for it). The builder's signature is still on the car. The updated interior is in nice shape, it has a Clarion MP3 radio (not the one seen in the pictures). Some wear on the front seats, the front ash tray is loose and the headliner is just okay. Vehicle history shows a non-collision accident, from what I can tell the passenger front window glass was broken and replaced with factory glass. It also shows a mileage inconsistency, looks to be a dealer auction mishap of juxtaposed digits. I guarantee the mileage to be original. If you are looking for one of these cars, this one has upgrades/updates that most other M5's don't have: - 1995 spec gathered leather trimmed door panels (no delaminating vinyl!!) - Lojack security device - good door seals, working R134a A/C - euro bumper trim, auto dimming rear view mirror, ski bag - euro M5 tricolor 4 spoke wheel - single vane power steering pump conversion to free up engine power (with a factory new OEM ZF pump) - unlike most S38 engines, I haven't detected _any_ oil burn on this one, and I always properly warm it up This is a great car. Desirable, rare, original and clean/it's just not the kind of car that you let go of and I regret having to sell it.It's a timeless car and people will always love them.I have some history with the E34 M5 and can unequivocally say that this is a great example of one of the best road cars you can own.
