A 1946 Chevy pickup with a 350 ci engine!!! This truck is special in that it is original, but with a new rebuilt engine. It looks original, but drives great! It has that old Montana/Idaho feel! It is also rare in that it is a 3/4 ton. The history of this truck is I am the fourth owner. The original owner retired the truck in a barn, in the San Diego area. It sat in this barn for 25 years. The second owner bought it, resurrected it and put on all new wheels, tires, new brakes, brake lines and cleaned it up. I took out the 216 cubic inch engine and the transmission and replaced it with a 1991 rebuilt 350 engine and a Logan 4 speed transmission. Top speed is only about 55 mph, because the rear axle (an early 60's axile) needs to be upgraded to higher gearing. I hate to depart from this truck, but need to for financial reasons.
