1997 Saab 900 SE Turbo My wife and I have had this car for 5 years. It was bought at around 104000 miles and now has nearly 153000 on the clock. At about 135000 miles a friend borrowed it and blew the engine, cracked head. I had a new engine put in that had clocked 93000 miles. So the engine has done about 111000. We no longer use it as we both have other vehicles and it has been standing for about a year. I just charged the battery and it started after 4 turns of the engine. It still drives fine as far as I can tell, I only went down the road and back. It does need a new muffler and some tlc. There is a dent in the drivers side rear panel and a little dent in the passenger door. (ask me if you want real close up photos). There is a little rust around the rear wheel arches and on the bottom of the rear door. None of this is serious rust. The 2 front tires are nearly new and all 4 are in ok condition. The inside needs a bit of a clean as well but all the leather seats are in fairly good shape. A little cracking particularly on the drivers seat. It would take some money to make this car great again and I hope that someone does put some money into it. Failing that, there are a lot of good spares if you want to use it that way. There is a cd changer in the trunk. It has all the usual extras for this model. Electric sun/moon roof, electric drivers seat, electric windows, a/c, etc.......
