Very sharp Red 1961 2 door Impala Bubbletop. 409 V8. 4 speed transmission (1977 Corvette transmission}. 411 positraction (old Hoghead P-case). Finished frame off restoration in 2003. DRIVE TRAIN: INTAKE 3767579, 1961 360HP, BLOCK: 3857656, HEADS: 3830817, EXHAUST MANIFOLDS: 3814682 AND 83. Aluminum 553 Bell housing. Original 1961 409 Breather. At time of restoration FOLLOWING PARTS WERE INSTALLED NEW. Elderblock Carb, 4 Core Radiator, Clutch and Pressure Plate, Shocks( front and back), Heavy Duty V8 Springs (front and back), Complete Brake Lines, Gas Tank and lines, Rubber bushings (front and back), Ball Joints (upper and lower), Wheel cylinders, Universal Joints (front, back and middle), Dual exhaust system. Interior replaced at time of restoration. Door panels, headliner, carpet, seats, etc. All new rubber and felt in all windows. Exterior aluminum trim, door handles, mirrors and rechromed bumpers (front and back). Paint has couple of chips and blemishes but over all slick and nice. Note Pictures! Tach has all new wiring harness in place but never hooked up. Gas gauge not correct. Wipers work, but not properly. Unsure of correct mileage. Car driven about 50 miles per year to car shows.
