This F800GS is ready for adventure and only has 2700 miles. This was a street beast and never made it off road, but that shouldn't stop you. Never dropped, bumped, scraped or mistreated. I'm a BMW aficionado (you can see my 1981 R80 G/S in the background of one of the pics) and kept it in tip-top shape. It has has all scheduled maintenance and an extra oil change at the start/end of each season. Bike is garaged and covered when parked anywhere away from the garage. Always have it on a BMW battery tender. There was one recall for this bike (breather tube retrofit) that was completed by the dealer. I'm selling it because I'm riding the R80G/S full time now that it is restored and already have 2 other bikes that I cannot bring myself to part with. I'm not sure what I should list this for, so please make reasonable offers and I will respond quickly. The F-series hand guards are small and funny looking. The R series hand guards fit perfectly and I installed the larger protectors for style and the fact that the R series grey color didn't quite match. The pictures tell the story on this. I went with the GIVI engine guards because they are black powder coated. I thought the BMW OEM silver ones wouldn't look right and the other options, like TouraTechs were painted and not powder coated. The LOJACK Early Warning system can be transferred to another owner and works great. Moving the bike in my garage generates an alert. This was a very costly addition, ~$800, but will pay itself off if your insurance provides a discount for this (most do). Please note the RAM handlebar mounts shown in the pictures are not included. The BMW factory warranty ends in April of 2012. Full disclosure information: I dropped the top case once in my garage, which made a mark on the right side and scrapped one plastic corner. Not a big deal- you can't even really see it in the pictures, but I don't want anyone to be surprised. The GIVI engine guard was a used part I got off ebay- it was a great deal and I couldn't resist, but 100% of the other parts were new. There is a small scuff on the seat.
