Well the fat lady must be singing or pigs must be flying backwards as i swore that was the only time that i would sell my baby and here we are..Im selling because i need some medical care that i cannot afford to get in the United States so i have no choice but to move to another country to get the surgery and recuperate so goodbye L.A and my beloved toy... I have had other nice fast cars before but this little suv is in a league of its own and draws plenty of attention, i mean i should of had a t-shirt made from the amount of times i have been asked " wow is that the jeep with the big hemi ? " or my favorite " what the hell have you got under the hood as shit that that thing is fast for a jeep" . This particular one a beautiful silver late 2006 model with grey interior has only just started to warm up now that the 6.1 ltr HEMI engine has been properly worn in (generally not until about 70,000 miles according to my Jeep mechanic) the heads have been replaced with Mopar CNC ported heads which although chatty give it so much more power than standard, the computer was replaced and re tuned by DC Performance in Los Angeles (they hold the record for some of the fastest Dodge Vipers in the world) and they also installed new custom short tube headers, viper hi flow cats and a magnaflow cat back exhaust and it was all professionally welded and sounds nice and the engine was also treated to a MOPAR air induction system replacing the standard one so it breathes a lot better. So thats it for the go fast bits and look wise i replaced the front plastic grill set with expensive billet ones which really looks great and i had the front and rear bumpers resprayed again as i did not like the look of the black plastic moulding around the front spotlights and the exhaust and it looks so much cleaner now all one color, the antenna was replaced with a short billet one and the front headlights are very lightly tinted and the rear windows are darkly tinted. I put bigger rubber on the car for grip and it now sports 315/35/20's on the back and 275/40/20's on the front which give it a lowered and aggressive stance compared to normal.. Tire wear is average on the tires and they have some time left on them although they are not new and the aluminum wheels are the original SRT 8 5 spoke with a lock nut on all of them and there is curb rash on the drivers side front and back (courtesy of my ex wife the one and the only time she ever drove it to move it out of the driveway..but thats another story). The car has the optional $ 5000 SRT group 1 option pack which includes the DVD based GPS navigation system with 6 CD and MP3 player & changer, electronic infotainment package which includes DVD player, overhead display console, sirius digital satellite radio, U connect hands free, power and heated front seats with memory, power sunroof, power heated fold away mirrors, side, front and rear air bags, rain sensitive windshield wipers, smartbeam headlights, adjustable pedals rear park assist and the list goes on (check the picture of option list) . The imperfections or things that may need to be addressed are starting with inside the vehicle, the mat and carpet on the drivers side front are worn and the steering wheel leather is worn but once again these items are easily replaced or covered, underneath the rear passenger seat there is a pull out out cup holder for the passengers which is broken but this is a easy fix depending on wether your bothered as you really dont need it unless you are a passenger.. on the outside of the car are two very small marks on the drivers side rear near the petrol filler which i think was done by some persons car door at a shopping centre but aside from that the body is straight and clean and has seen no major accidents, there is a small stone chip on the windscreen, the rear park assist system needs to be looked at it seems someone has reversed into and dinged the rear chrome strip on the bumper (pictured) which has affected the rear park assist and it works intermittently (either a loose wire or needs to be replaced not sure) . Lastly i just replaced the back brakes when the car was serviced recently and had the usual safety check to see if everything was good in the car and although the report shows that there is meat left on the front brakes they are starting to squeal and if i was to keep the car i would have replaced them . Aside from that there is nothing really that needs attention in fact the service manager at the dealership where i get the car serviced said that he would be happy to field any phone calls with questions about the car as they love it and try to take it out for a spin whenever i bring it in...I will require a $1000 non refundable deposit paypal'd within 24hrs after auction end and then the rest by wire transfer or couriered bank cheque . The car is partially financed so the procedure is i pay them off when i get payment and they will send you the title. I have sold three other cars on ebay before and have never had a problem and i dont want to make this the first time so please i have included photographs for your perusal but ask for any more you may need and ask as many questions as you need to before bidding and as i mentioned i also have the service manager at the dealership who will answer any service or technical questions you may have just shoot me a email and i will send you his name and number..Lastly im supposed to have this disclaimer that this is a used car NOT a new car and i have described it and its condition to the best of my ability and at the time of this sale the vehicle is in good working condition and sold with no warranty..I thank you all for looking and i know the person who wins this car will have to have someone wipe the smile of their face after a heated run in this little lady as its that much fun especially up hills..**** ALSO THE CAR IS STILL IN USE SO THERE MAY BE A HUNDRED OR SO MORE MILES ON IT THAN ADVERTISED WHEN SOLD ALTHOUGH I AM TRYING NOT TO USE IT TOO MUCH**
