This auction is for a 1997 BMW 528I 4dr Sedan. This BMW comes with a clean California title, smog certificate, and current registration. This BMW is being sold by a charity and we have no history on the car. Please bid accordingly. The body is in good shape and is straight and complete. The paint on the hood and trunk has some oxidation and has clear coat peeling slightly (see pics). The body does have normal scrapes and dings all around but is in otherwise pretty good shape. The Rims and tires look fine as well; trunk is clean with a good spare and all tools. All of the glass is fine except for driver side rear window is slightly off track and will slide down. The engine compartment is clean as well. The interior is in good shape and needs only minor cosmetic work. The carpet has some stains and marks but not bad. The leather seats have some wear marks but no rips. The headliner and door panels are fine as well. The dash is in good shape except some of the wood trim has cracks. The digital pixels in radio are hard to read. All of the power options work fine, the A/C is cold as well. This BMW appear to run fine, it has not been driven extensively by us but it does seem to shift, brake, and accelerate fine. We do have all manuals but only one keyless remote. This car had a recent o2 sensor replaced. No Reserve, the buyer must pick up this item no later than 7 days after the end of the auction. Please bid accordingly… Attention Non California buyers, this BMW is being sold on an application for duplicate title because the original certificate was lost, but still a clean transferable title exists for this item; we can order an actual certificate but it takes 4-6 weeks. Prior to bidding please check with your local department of motor vehicles to see if you will need an actual certificate. Winning bidder must contact us within 48 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction.
