Vehicle Detail
1955 Pontiac Safari Wagon This is a very, very rare car. It was the 27th one built in 1955. Please see pic of data tag. Frame off restoration that was just finished from a rust free Southern car Everything has been rebuilt and every part is high quality 287 Engine is brand new, totally rebuilt Transmission has also been totally rebuilt All new upholstery including org. leather/vinyl patterns New headliner with mint roof bows Org. body is laser straight All exterior moldings are excellent Dash is org with all gauges in working order New front windshield Underneath is very clean and detailed All new brakes, can stop on a dime All new suspension, shocks, etc Brand new 15” WW radial tires Very nice, metallic green paint with ivory white applied (stock colors) New chrome grill and bumpers All stainless has been polished to a fine shine Stock 15” rims and hubcaps Clear Title Power Steering Manual brakes Please review all of the pictures and you will see that this car is indeed, super nice. The car is amazing in every way. Review the pics and you will agree. The car can be driven anywhere with NO issues what so ever. It rides and drives just like it looks. All the lights work as well as gauges, etc. I am selling this car for one of my friends who is an older, retired gentleman with an extensive classic car collection that numbers in the 50’s. This is one of about 3 cars that I will be listing for him. He has nothing but the best and as you can see from his house in the background, money is not an issue so please don’t email or call with low-ball offers. The price is firm and well worth it as the restoration cost him more than the asking price. He has homes in Laredo Texas, Guadalajara Mexico and Puerto Vallarta Mexico so he is not selling his collection for the money. Check out the interior pictures and you can see money was not an issue when restoring this car. He is thinning the heard as room is becoming a major issue with all the cars that he owns. I just sold a 1950 Ford Woodie of his on eBay for $56,999 if anyone wants to review the sale please check my feedback. I also just sold the Pontiac Convertible on eBay seen in the last picture. It sold for $52,500 to a gentleman in Florida. One of his cars was recently purchased and sold by Hyman ltd. classic cars for $360,000 to a gentleman in Chicago. Anyone is welcome to call Mark Hyman at Hyman ltd classics to find out more information about my friend Pepe's cars. Heres the car that sold for $360,000: http://www.prewarcar.com/index.php?option=com_caradvert&id=10501§ion_id=1&view=ad&Itemid=108 and here is Marks website: http://www.hymanltd.com/index.htm $2000 Deposit required to hold the car via cash, paypal, check or wire. Final payment due within 7 days via cash, check or wire. The car will NOT be shipped or picked up until all money has cleared..... Too many scams out there, sorry.
