I bought this Maverick Grabber close to 3 years ago from an older lady in Reno, Nevada.She had it for many years but did not buy it new.It now has 126000 miles. This car is completely original with all the trim and accessories that made the Grabber Series different from the Regular Maverick: Bucket seats, matching sport mirrors on doors,non-functional hood scoops,& special body striping.The exterior is excellent and absolutely rust free. If you were on the spot and examining the body for yourself you would notice that the right front fender has a couple very light wrinkles when you look at it right, but in my opinion I would just leave them be,because overall this is such a nice original car.The original paint is in good condition(a striking Chartreuse bottom with a white roof.)The interior could use some restoration but is serviceable as is.I'm referring to cracks in dash, the bucket seats need recovering( the drivers seat anyway)& the headliner has 2 or 3 splits(however it is remaining intact and is not hanging down) Otherwise the door paneling and carpet are fine.This Maverick 250 6 cylinder is very peppy,and when you drive it down the road the car is incredibly tight.Oh, and I should mention the car has no power steering, but when you are rolling steers fine.That's about it, if you should be interested in the car and contact meI will answer all questions as honestly as I can.Scott @ 510-758-4712 EMAIL : Scott369earthlink.net P.S. The lady told me Her Maverick briefly appears in the movie LOVE RANCH starring Helen Mirren and Joe Peschi,but since i've not seen the movie I can't confirm that.
