Up for action is this 1959 Dodge D-100 Flat Side Short Bed Pick-Up. I bought this truck last year to due some work around the property, and move some other vehicles. Winter coming and I have no room to get it inside. Hate to see it spend the winter outside. The truck is pretty rare, there were very few short beds made in 1959. This one was from Oklahoma, I think. Some time ago some one converted the poly block, to a 2 barrel Chrysler 400ci and 727 automatic. The Engine runs great, and has headers with Cherry Bombs. The brakes are power drums on all corners. The wiring needs work, but I haven’t had any issues, it is 12 volt. There a nice CD 4 Speaker radio in dash, the main part of dash is a mixer of different gauges, all working. The rear is an 83/4 with approx. 3:23. Truck is great on highway. Steering is manual. The cab is amazing condition, only one small spot needs work, it’s about ½” X 3”, couple of bubbles, in the pass. side fender. The bed is single wall; it’s also in really good shape no rust at all. The original tank is rusty, so put a Summit PVC tank under bed. I have original. The paint seems to be single stage enamel Fair at best. This is a great truck I put about 4500 miles on this past year. It has a trailer hitch great for moving other cars around with trailer. If I was to keep it I'd rewire the lights. The rear tires are brand new the front are almost new. The passenger side door glass is cracked. the truck passed NJ inspection. I never cared about crack. This truck is being sold as is, no warranties, please ask questions. If your not serious, and don't intend to complete transaction, don't waste each other's time.
