This auction is for a 1973 Pontiac Ventura 3 Speed Stick 2 door sedan Power steering, manual brakes NON a/c car The car has 44,112 orig. miles!!! That's right 44k orig!! The car is very very solid and original....BUT not totally and completely rust free Here's what's been done or replaced: New BF Goodrich Radials on professionally painted base coat/ clear coat 14x 7 Pontiac Rallys with new lugs and caps New front shocks, new upper control arm and sway bar bushings All 4 wheel cylinders new, new master cylinder and new front brake hoses (NONE of the lines were rusty..at all!!) Wheel bearings serviced, rear axle seals replaced New rear springs Rear axle has stock 3.08 gears with posi unit added New Pypes X-pipe dual exhaust system with Thrush fully welded and aluminized mufflers (look and sound like flowmaster) The original 350 Pontiac V8 is still between the fenders with the following improvements: New cam (Ram air III), lifters and roller timing chain and Comp Cams Roller Tip Rockers.. New radiator and water pump...Edelbrock performer intake with Holley 650 Spread bore double pump carb The only bad parts: Slight rust starting around the taillamps and the bottom of right fender (see pics) Small weak spot on drivers floor...but nothing real significant, and the drivers seat corner.... Needs new headliner Quarters, trunk pan, frame, rockers, left fender, doors, hood ,trunk etc...totally solid!!! REMEMBER: THIS IS A USED 38 YEAR OLD CAR. It may have some blemishes, scratches, etc... (Been re-painted once..orig color) If there is anything you are unsure about or feel you need to know more about...ASK QUESTIONS...or...COME SEE IT IN PERSON!!!!!!!! I am not trying to hide anything...the car is not disappointing... Has a new correct GM shift knob too!! Original parking brake cables from 1973 are still in place, functioning and NOT frozen! (I use the E-Brake all the time!!!) Have new door weatherstrips that go with the car I forgot...I also have the original build sheet.... Car was built at the Willow Run Plant and sold through Browning Pontiac in Eminence Kentucky.
