Vehicle Detail
Here is a barn find Dodge muscle car for the Dodge Boys and Mopar crowd. Who are we? We own a restoration shop in Cookeville TN and often get invited to look at cool old cars to buy. Our phone number is listed on our web site for answers over the phone pertaining to the auction of this car, and more info on this car is listed there ... at www.midsr.com This was with a couple other old Chrysler products and one is a 77 New Yorker in decent shape with 440 Auto. This Hot Rod has what appears to be an original 383 four barrel engine. It has power brakes and power steering. There is an auto shifter on column telling us it was never butchered to be on the floor. it does have headers and was last licensed in 2003. We don't have a clue if it runs or any known problems. What you see is what you get. What is behind door #3. The whole body is 95% dent free but has rust in usual places for a 45 year old car. We think the old Dodge has great patina and needs to be driven around the way she is, (at least for awhile) The wheels appear to be newer like off a Chrysler car from mid 70's but look great on this ride. The glass appears to be factory tint glass and this car still has factory warranty card and was sold right here in Cookeville TN. Check out the old Pioneer 8 track and radio under it. Then you have a tachometer. Next to that is speaker control for factory speakers. I took pic of odometer and you be judge of what mileage is. We are swamped here at the shop with restoration work but could restore it here, or even get running or check out after purchase. This a great find for the Dodge boy in you and bid to win. No reserve sale but is for sale locally so no games guys. Email through ebay only and all ?? answered fast. PS> Camera batteries went dead and inside trunk pic's will be added on Monday. On Aug-15-11 at 09:25:50 PDT, seller added the following information: Ok here are pic's of trunk. I had more but they were blurry. Upon inspection it appears it is surface rust.
