For sale is a '97 Chevrolet 155" WM 1-ton 3500 cargo van. The van has some dents, dings and scraps as you can see in the pictures below. I used the van to haul sound equipment so I installed padded walls, and several cargo tie-down points. Also installed window security screens. The floor is painted with bedliner/undercoating to prevent cargo slipping. As one picture show I built up the step area inside the the side doors to give more room for rolling carts. By the end of the auction I will have a fresh brake job including front rotors, and an oil change. Known problems. The A/C does not work, think it is the compressor There is a leak in the power steering system, I think in the fluid tank, it only leaks down to to a low point in the tank, then stops dripping. The fuel gauge does not accurately display fuel level, I have purchased a new sending unit but have not installed it, it will be included. On Aug-15-11 at 17:54:53 PDT, seller added the following information: 16" MB Motoring 16" Rims 8 lugs On Aug-17-11 at 18:32:45 PDT, seller added the following information: Taking the van to get brake service in the morning, also found the power steering leak, at a compression fitting. Will see if they can repair that at the same time. On Aug-18-11 at 05:55:16 PDT, seller added the following information: Van at the brake shop, but they do not do power steering work at this location so the power steering leak will not be repaired. I have been driving it almost a year with the leak, so it will get you down the road with no problem, but should be a quick easy fix.
