Car runs well, but needs new tires& basic service2 change fluids. Have all manuals in original leather case; have Mercedes floor mats(not shown in pictures);Have original hood ornament(not on car);trunk clean and spacious;non-smoking car,but eachback seat has private ashtray w/cigarette lighter;back seat has either 3belted seats or 2 with lowered center divider(and its cupholders);motorized retractable rear window-sunshade; no inspection-I would have to buy new tires to pass(I think) and I don't want to spend more money on car unless I'm keeping it!(I want to, but I don'thave a place to keep it-apartment complex now allowing me only 1 car);buyer must remove car within 48 hours of purchase;Car is sold "as Is" with no guarantees -express or implied!I am a private seller,not a car expert;Buyer must arrange for and pay their shippers directly-any requests to have me pay any buyer "costs" will be promptly reported to eBay's fraud division;if you have questions about the car, contact me through eBay message services On Aug-01-11 at 03:44:31 PDT, seller added the following information: I just read the Experian report& want to point out that their "odometer discrepency" refers to a time when the car's reading jumped from 40,000 to 124,something-a change of 84,752 miles in a little over 5months(165 days). That would require having someone drive the car for about 12 hours a day, 7 days a week w/o stop. The next reading-w/in a short time and is in the mid40's! I have the maintenance record book that accompanied car-it lists a regular service on 5/27/96 with an odometer reading of 44,410, and another reading during a "minor service" 9/18/96 that reads 47,153; all were recorded by Foreign Motors West& stamped. The 9/18/96 service must have been just after my dad purchased the car from them. I have no idea why 5owners are listed, although my dad, another family member,& I have all had the car registered in our names(&the title is now mine, so I guess that means I should have put myself down as the 3rd owner..) I don't understand how 5 owners could be listed unless the dealership's ownership while selling it used is counted like any other owner. It's possible that my dad's girfriend may have been on the title while they used it(it became their Florida/vacation car in 2001& became mine a little over 5 years later..) The car was retitled for each state my family has owned it in. I hope this clarifies Experian's report..
