This 911 is in excellent condition in and out, the body and undercarriage are both super clean with not so much as a spot of rust, the interior is nearly flawless, the suspension is tight and responsive and mechanically the car is superb...it is a magnificent vehicle all around. The new 1997 PorscheTarga, like all normally aspirated 911 Carreras that year, also benefited from engine revisions (new cylinder heads with 1-mm-larger intake and exhaust valves, a revised camshaft and a new "Varioram" variable induction system) that swelled output to 282 horsepower. This vehicle is loaded----- in excellent condition and a cherry of a car!!!!! -Exterior- The body is in near perfect condition, there is not a single spot of rust anywhere on this 911! All the glass , is nice and clear with no scratches or hazing. Tires are brand new with the little rubber nipples, with approximately 99+% of the tread remaining. Everything in the car works as it should including the power windows. The car windows was just tinted which smooths out the lines of the car. -Interior- The interior is in excellent shape, including the seats, carpets and door panels. The dash is in mint condition with no cracks or imperfections. The carpets are clean and there are no strange odors. -Engine & Transmission- The engine is perfect, the 3.6 powerplant is perfectly tuned, runs strong, starts up on the first try each and every time and burns absolutely no oil. It runs and idles as it should, with no problems. It is a great running Porsche, always (professionally) well maintained. The engine is completely dry and there are no leaks anywhere, even after sitting in the garage for a couple of weeks the garage floor is spotless. The car has always been maitained by professional porsche machanic. The transmission shifts seamlessly through the gears with no slipping or grinding. There are no strange noises or vibrations from the engine or drive train, all you hear is the music of the flat six. The ride in this 911 is great, there are no squeaks, rattles or other unwanted noises, the car drives straight and true...there is nothing indicating this car is over 15 years old!
