1985 Honda 250SX ATC

Up for auction is a NEAR MINT 1985 Honda 250 SX 3 wheeler in ORIGINAL condition. If you are a collecter of these fine ATC's then you should strongly consider this one. This ATV was purchased new in 1/85 at Laconia Honda in New Hampshire and was only used at the owners summer home. I purchased this ATC from a good family friend of the owner due to the owner being 70 years old. As you can see in the pictures it has had very limited use over the past 26 years. This machine is completely original with all the factory stickers still in tact. This ATC starts and runs great and is semi-automatic. Please look at the photos and you will see that this machine was never abused. The under side of the machine including the skidplate is clean and not all gouged up. Under the seat is extremely clean. I believe it is the original battery which will need to be replaced in order for the electric start to work. (I tested it with a lawn tractor battery and it worked fine). The original tires still have great tread on them. This machine does have a couple of minor flaws that need pointing out. Their is a small Approximately 1 in crack on the right side of the front fender. Also,The left side of the gas tank was creased when the previous owner backed into it with his SUV. The paint is not chipped or scratched from the SUV and should easily pop out by either using a paintless dent professional or inflating the tank with air. Their is also minor scratches on the plastic consistent with a 26 year old machine. Pay attention to the black powdercoating on the frame, undercarriage, handlebars, and engine and you can tell it hasn't been used much. ATC also comes with the original tool kit. I will assist the buyer in any way possible within reason in crating and or delivering to a shipping terminal. This would be an added fee above the selling price of the ATC.
