This 1978 Factory Soft Top (FST) BJ41 has less than 70,000 (112850 KMs) original miles since new. Legally imported into the United States, it is currently registered with a clear title in Oregon. I drive this vehicle daily and there are no known mechanical defects. · Rustic Green exterior appears to have been painted at least 10 years ago. The body does have some common BJ-FJ rust issues (rear door sill area, fender patches, previous bodywork) that are not too hard to deal with. Please review the pictures carefully and don’t hesitate to ask me questions. · Brown Vinyl Interior. Appears completely original and is in excellent condition, previous owner added door mounted 4” speakers. · Cream Factory Soft Top. Appears original, some of the stitching is getting loose but otherwise it’s in great shape. All bows are in excellent condition. · Factory PTO Winch. · Factory Hand Throttle · The engine has been upgraded to a late 2B diesel. In my experience that makes parts easier to find since most 3B diesel parts are interchangeable. Attached to the engine are brackets and pulleys for Power Steering and AC. No leaks of any kind, runs very smooth and has excellent power. · Original 4 speed manual transmission · Four wheel drum brakes, the fronts are 3 inches wide · Water pump, thermostat, belt, and coolant hoses replaced in December of 2010 · Radiator reconditioned and repainted in December of 2010 · New Cooper S/T 9.5 x 30 installed less than 1500 miles ago with new hubcaps · Vacuum activated four-wheeled drive works perfectly · All lights and buzzers work correctly, including the low-vacuum warning, back-up warning and the 105KM and over speed warning Pintle Hitch with trailer wiring provision 24 Volt Electrical system I'll do my best to accurately represent this Land Cruiser to a prospective buyer.
